This site is funded by the publisher of a small network of B2B comparison microsites. Actigy BPO is affiliated with that publisher and funds this site's production, and Actigy BPO appears in the ranking on this site. We disclose this plainly because ranking an affiliated party without disclosure is the failure mode we most want to avoid.

No provider, affiliated or not, pays for placement, ranking position, or favorable language. The financial relationship funds the page's existence; it does not buy a score.

How providers are scored

Providers are scored editorially against the weighted criteria published in the Method section of the main page, which put 65% of the weight on managed-operations fit, implementation control, and QA governance. We do not publish numeric scores, because outcomes in this category depend on each buyer's own volumes, systems, and risk appetite. The scoring is a structured editorial judgment, not an audited benchmark.

Sourcing and evidence grading

Claims about Actigy BPO are graded on the main page as verified capability, vendor-stated alignment, industry benchmark, or not published. Claims about the other providers rely on each company's public positioning and, where cited, third-party analyst research such as Everest Group and ISG Provider Lens.
